Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate of the University of Architecture.

Has the ability to effectively address various projects at different stages of design.

Minimum 3 years experience in design.

Relevant experience in the design of residential and commercial buildings.

Detailed knowledge of the legislation in the field and experience in developing documentation for all design phases.

Advanced knowledge and speed of work in using the following applications: AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of Autodesk Revit is an advantage, but the desire to learn can also compensate.

Responsabilities and Behaviour:

• Elaboration of technical-economic plans and documentations in any design phase: pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, documentation for approving the intervention works, technical documentation for the authorization of the construction works, technical documentation for the authorization of the demolition works, technical project, lists of quantities, execution details, operation authorizations, etc.
  Active involvement in coordinating projects for the specialties of architecture, urbanism, resistance and installations;
• Participates, if required, in pre-measurements and measurements to reveal existing buildings and land, as well as site verification of elevations and dimensions of execution;
• Responsible for the correctness and efficiency of the constructive solutions offered;
• Attributions in realizing the concept based on a design theme.

Qualifications and Experience:

Highly desirable A University degree in a construction or related discipline.

Strong technical knowledge of construction projects with demonstrable skills gained in both new build and refurbishment projects with minimum value of €10 mil construction cost.

Experience of managing a team and a large project from start to finish.

Highly desirable sectors for experience: industrial projects, residential projects, commercial and retail experience.

Full Member of an appropriate professional institution will be a plus.

• Manage all aspects of the building site, with responsibility for health and safety issues, resources co-ordination, site presentation;
• Monitor and manage contractor’s day-to-day issues on site to ensure they comply with standards. Maintain frequent site presence at all worksites;
• Responsibility for the delivery of the project with the added support of your Contracts Manager and Senior Management;
• Assist the Project Manager with keeping expenditure in line with budget provision and consistent with the agreed strategy for the contract;
• Contribute to the validation of works payment applications;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
